Brokers selling the late T. Boone Pickens’ massive Mesa Vista Ranch in the Texas Panhandle have cut the price to $220 million, according to a report in the Dallas Morning News. That’s down from $250 million when Pickens put the 65,000-acre property near Pampa on the market in 2017.
