Pennsylvania's GOP House speaker won't run for re-election

Pennsylvania House Speaker Mike Turzai announced Thursday that he would not run for re-election, ending almost two decades in the state's House of Representatives. The Republican has served as speaker since early 2015; he spent four years before that serving as the Republican leader for the state House of Representatives.
