Sarasota manufacturer acquires Chicago company for $36 million

Intertape Polymer Group Inc., a Sarasota-based manufacturer of packaging products, has entered into an agreement to acquire Nortech Packaging in a cash deal valuing the company at approximately $36.5 million.
