Dallas-Fort Worth ranks as the third hottest market in the country for instant online home sales, according to a new study. And two Texas metro areas — DFW and Houston — rank among the markets where iBuying is predicted to increase the most in 2020, according to the study released this week by home-value data provider Ownerly.
