T-Mobile US Inc.'s C-suite is starting to take shape after the carrier locked in a new agreement to merge with Sprint Corp. last week. Abdul Saad, senior vice president of technology, was promoted to chief technology officer, a position previously held by Neville Ray. In November, CEO John Legere announced that Ray would be president of technology once T-Mobile, based in Bellevue, Wash., combines with Overland Park-based Sprint.
