Disney CEO Bob Iger steps down, Bob Chapek named new head

NEW YORK (AP) — The Walt Disney Co. has named Bob Chapek CEO, replacing Bob Iger, effective immediately. The surprise announcement Tuesday makes Iger executive chairman.
