Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders appears to be on his way to winning the California Democratic primary this morning. As of 7:30 a.m., with 79% of the vote reported, Sanders had received 33.6% of the vote, leading former Vice President Joe Biden, who had 24.8%, according to the Associated Press.
