The stock market was hit hard again Monday morning as coronavirus fears and a potential crude oil price war sent stocks plummeting 7%, prompting the market to halt trading within four minutes of opening. Milwaukee-area stocks have been dropping steadily since Feb. 21 and continued to drop in early morning trading Monday. The S&P 500 dropped 7% by 9:34 a.m. (CST), triggering a required 15-minute halt to trading. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 1,885 points when trading halted, dropping…
