MORNING LEAD Here’s the latest on the local coronavirus situation: There are seven new cases of COVID-19 in Erie County, which brings the total number within the county to 27. But the ability to conduct coronavirus tests locally “is limited right now,” according to Gale Burstein, the county’s health commissioner. “We have a shortage of certain laboratory supplies,” she says. More than 3,000 factory workers have been affected by the temporary shutdowns at the local Ford and General Motors…
