Charlotte chef Jamie Lynch is looking for redemption on the national stage as part of the cast of Bravo’s Top Chef All Stars LA. Lynch is one of 15 contestants competing on show’s 17th season, which premieres Thursday at 10 p.m. The chef and partner in 5th Street Group — parent to the 5Church and Sophia’s Lounge concepts — says he’ll use that platform to support his displaced staff.
