Allegheny County and other parts of Pennsylvania hardest hit by COVID-19 will be under a stay-at-home order as the commonwealth tries to slow the spread of the virus. Media reports said the order will be in place for Allegheny County and Pittsburgh, the counties in and around Philadelphia and Monroe County.
