Offices at former Saints ballpark sell for $23.8 million

The Midway Stadium Business Center, a 190,000-square-foot office complex developed by United Properties and the St. Paul Port Authority at the site of the former home of the St. Paul Saints, has sold to a Chicago real estate firm for $23.8 million.
