A deal for SL Green Realty Corp., one of New York City's largest landlords, to sell the former New York Daily News headquarters in Midtown has fallen apart, according to The Wall Street Journal. The agreement was for a New York City property investor, Jacob Chetrit, to buy the building for $815 million. The deal collapsed when the buyer's financing pulled out, the Journal reported.
