Ohio unemployment claims hit record high for second straight week under coronavirus restrictions

More than 270,000 Ohioans filed initial jobless claims during the week ended March 28, marking the second straight record-setting week as restaurants, bars and other nonessential businesses have been forced to shutter to stem the spread of the coronavirus.
