Fashion retailer, military gear manufacturer among local companies shifting to health-care supplies amid pandemic

A fashion brand and a U.S. military gear manufacturer are working together at the Brooklyn Navy Yard to make thousands of surgical gowns to help New York City respond to the growing number of coronavirus cases.
