Two nursing homes offered to care for seniors with COVID-19

Two of the largest nursing home operators in San Antonio — Creative Solutions in Healthcare and Keystone Care LLC — have designated facilities where residents from any assisted-living center in the region who have tested positive for COVID-19 can be moved to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus throughout other facilities.
