A trade association that represents banks in Wisconsin is calling on Congress to infuse more funds into the popular Paycheck Protection Program. The U.S. Small Business Administration, which is administering the program, announced Thursday morning that all of the $349 billion set aside for the program had been allotted. Soon after, the Wisconsin Bankers Association, which represents about 235 commercial banks and savings institutions in Wisconsin, called on Congress to make more money available.…
