Town Center, other Jacksonville malls reopening on Monday

The St. Johns Town Center, The Avenues Mall and the St. Augustine Premium Outlets will reopen on Monday, according to Simon Property Group, with tenants being told to test employees' temperatures and provide hand sanitizer.
