JBS, Smithfield plants, sites of big outbreaks, reopen this week. Will workers show up?

Two of the region's biggest pork processing plants — both of which were stricken in recent weeks by large Covid-19 outbreaks among their workers — are moving to restart operations after shutting down to deal with the infections. But normalcy could still be a ways off.
