Jacksonville hosts virtual Memorial Day service to honor veterans who gave their lives

The city of Jacksonville is holding a virtual Memorial Day observance today, going online to honor local men and women who have lost their lives while serving in the military. The typical ceremony held at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Wall was moved online due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The ceremony will feature musical selections from the Jacksonville Voices, Jacksonville Pipes & Drums and the Navy Band Southeast.
