Johnson County will lift all restrictions related to Covid-19 and leave reopening plans up to individual businesses. Johnson County will no longer limit the size of gatherings, and all churches, businesses, bars, nightclubs and entertainment facilities will be allowed to open, The Kansas City Star reports.
