Human spaceflight is back. Here’s how that will propel local industry

SpaceX successfully launched two NASA astronauts from Cape Canaveral Saturday, starting a new chapter in the history of the local space industry.  A rocket and spacecraft built by the Hawthorne, California-based company carried NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley to the International Space Station.
