National Guard to be deployed to neighborhoods; Kenney unclear on city entering 'yellow phase' of reopening

The National Guard will head to neighborhoods over the next several days to protect Philadelphia's commercial corridors from looting and vandalism.  The move will free up the Philadelphia police department to oversee ongoing protests in the city and respond to emergency calls, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said at a press conference on Wednesday.
