The Minnesota Business Partnership, with support from some of the state’s top CEOs, is calling for police reforms during the upcoming special legislative session.  The group, in letter to legislators, recommends a set of policy changes derived from a February report by the State of Minnesota Working Group on Police-Involved Deadly Force Encounters.
