LGBT Chamber Chair: Cos. 'have to put in the work' after Supreme Court's job discrimination ruling

The U.S. Supreme Court’s June 15 ruling that gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people are protected from job discrimination under a landmark civil rights law was seen by many as a resounding victory for the LGBTQ community. But the ruling is far from sufficient to ensure LGBTQ people are treated fairly in society, said Tammi Wallace, co-founder and chair of the Greater Houston LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
