Hogan issues new guidance for visitation, Covid-19 testing at nursing homes

Gov. Larry Hogan on Friday announced a plan to begin allowing visitors back at Maryland nursing homes, which have been locked down for months amid multiple reported outbreaks of the novel coronavirus.
