Delía García out as Kansas Labor Secretary

Delía García is out as secretary of the Kansas Department of Labor. Gov. Laura Kelly announced on Monday plans to overhaul the agency in the wake of its struggles to keep up with the crush of unemployment claims driven by Covid-19.
