With Covid-19 continuing to spread, Gov. Bill Lee on Monday extended Tennessee’s state of emergency through Aug. 29. Among other things, Lee’s executive order encourages people to stay home when possible and wear face masks when close to others in public. It also encourages employers to continue the use of work-from-home policies as they are able. More details on the extended state of emergency are available here. Lee first declared a state of emergency on March 12.
