Mountainside Fitness files lawsuit against Ducey over executive order

The Valley fitness facility chain filed the lawsuit Tuesday, asking the courts to overturn the June 29 order by Gov. Ducey to close down all gyms statewide due to the spread of Covid-19. Meanwhile, other gyms around Phoenix remained open on Tuesday, defying Ducey's order.
