As cities across the country continue to see recent surges in Covid-19 cases, the city of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County remain in a holding pattern before considering moving into the final phases of their respective reopening plans. The city of Milwaukee remains in phase 4 of five phases, and Milwaukee County remains in phase C of its four-phase plan. The city moved into phase 4 on July 1.
