City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County remain in holding pattern on phased reopening

As cities across the country continue to see recent surges in Covid-19 cases, the city of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County remain in a holding pattern before considering moving into the final phases of their respective reopening plans.
