Donavan West out as CEO of African American Chamber of Commerce

Donavan West is no longer the president and CEO of the African-American Chamber of Commerce of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. The chamber released a statement Monday saying that West had resigned from his position on Friday. West told the Philadelphia Business Journal on Tuesday that he didn’t resign. “I didn’t quit.
