Wisconsin governor issues executive order requiring statewide face covering

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers on Thursday issued an executive order declaring a public health emergency and requiring face coverings statewide. The order goes into effect this Saturday and will expire on Sept. 28 or by a subsequent order. The order supersedes any local order that is less restrictive.
