ImagineAR Inc (CSE:IP) (OTCQB:IPNFF) has added some major star power to its team, bringing in NFL Pro Bowl quarterback Gus Frerotte as an advisor for augmented reality fan engagement in professional sports. Frerotte played for 7 teams over his 15-year NFL career, headlined by a Pro Bowl appearance in 1996 while playing for Washington. He threw a 99-yard touchdown pass which tied an NFL record for longest play from scrimmage, and he retired in 2008 from the Minnesota Vikings. The company said it believes Frerotte’s industry knowledge and connections will help accelerate its augmented reality work for professional sports organizations. ImagineAR has worked with the Basketball Hall of Fame, the Erie Seahawks baseball team and others.
