Aviation Technical Services shakes up footprint in North Texas

Aviation Technical Services hopes by the time a readjustment to its North Texas operations is complete, the commercial aviation market will be back on an upward trajectory. ATS is a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company in the aviation business based in Everett.
