Wolf to increase Pennsylvania's restaurant capacity to 50%

Gov. Tom Wolf on Tuesday announced that restaurants in Pennsylvania will be allowed to increase their indoor seating capacity to 50%, effective Sept. 21. The restrictions to 25% occupancy had been in place since July, when Covid-19 cases in the Philadelphia region and elsewhere around the state rose.
