New York has added Ohio and three other states – Delaware, Maryland and West Virginia – to its Covid-19 travel advisory list, requiring travelers coming from those states to quarantine for 14 days. The state removed two territories, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, from the list. There are now 34 states, as well as Guam, on the list, Gov. Andrew Cuomo's administration announced Tuesday.
