NASA names new Orion program manager in preparation for launch next year

NASA has selected a new program manager for its Orion Program. Catherin Koerner took over the role on Sept. 8 and is based at the Johnson Space Center in Houston. She is responsible for the development and operations of NASA’s newest spacecraft that will carry astronauts on Artemis missions to the moon and return them safely to Earth, according to a Sept. 8 press release.
