ACL Fest to rock the internet, not Zilker Park, this year

The Austin City Limits Music Festival could take place this year after all, but virtually. ACL organizers announced July 1 they would not be able to host the famous two-weekend concert festival at Zilker Park during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. It was another big blow to the local business scene, given that ACL festival generates north of $250 million for the area economy on an annual basis. That ranks behind only SXSW among annual events.
