Massachusetts will receive $1.4 million in a settlement with health insurance company Anthem after a 2014 data breach affected more than 1 million Massachusetts residents. The settlement, announced by Attorney General Maura Healey on Wednesday, is part of a $39.5 million multi-state settlement involving 43 states and California.
