Popular New Orleans coffee chain debuts in Alabama, eyes growth

PJ's Coffee, a popular New Orleans coffee chain, has opened its first Alabama location – and many more could be on the way. According to AL.com, PJ's Coffee recently opened in Spanish Fort. The company's initial plan is to add three stores in the Mobile area, and has previously said it would like to add 45 stores in Alabama with a focus on Mobile, Birmingham, Huntsville and Montgomery.
