Capital One elevates new head of retail bank

Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE: COF) has promoted credit card executive Lia Dean to head its retail bank, the bank has confirmed. Dean replaces previous retail bank head Kleber Santos, who left to join San Francisco banking giant Wells Fargo & Co. as head of its newly created diverse segments, representation and inclusion group.
