Fortune 500 company PPG Industries acquires KCK manufacturer VersaFlex

Pittsburgh-based PPG Industries Inc. announced the acquisition, shortly after two other large acquisitions in recent months. According to PPG, the Kansas City, Kan.-based company brought in about $70 million in revenue in 2020.
