SCS superintendent responds to Gov. Lee, urges 'partisan politics' be removed from education decisions

“That’s what hurts me, when you have a governor of a state who’s willing to take money away or take funding away for us to educate students," said Dr. Joris Ray, Shelby County Schools superintendent. "I am begging, please do not hurt students."
