Gov. Tom Wolf plans to nominate Alison Beam as Pennsylvania's next secretary of the Department of Health.  Beam is Wolf’s deputy chief of staff, handling initiatives across the state’s health, human services, drug and alcohol program and aging and insurance departments along with the Office of Advocacy and Reform.
