First Cobalt Corp (CVE:FCC) (OTCQX:FTSSF) (FRA:18P) has announced another step in its bid to bring North America’s only permitted cobalt refinery back into life, saying it had struck an exclusivity agreement with a leading financial institution for US$45 million in debt financing. The funds would go towards the capital cost of the recommissioning and expansion of the refinery in Ontario, Canada. The exclusivity period allows the lender to complete the remaining due diligence before negotiating definitive documentation. Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc (TSE:TBP) (OTCQB:TBPMF) (FRA:JAM1) announced Tuesday that it has received positive feedback from Health Canada on its application for a clinical trial on ARDS-003 for coronavirus (COVID-19) patients. In a statement, the Ottawa-based company said that Health Canada had acknowledged that the preclinical safety data are “robust and sufficient” to file a clinical trial application designed to treat hospitalized COVID-19 patients, who are at risk of developing ARDS, or acute respiratory distress syndrome. Derived from cannabinoids, ARDS-003 is designed to prevent and treat the severe inflammatory response that could be life-threatening to coronavirus patients.  Snowline Gold Corp (CSE:SGD) boosted its land position around its Cliff and Tosh gold projects in southwestern Yukon, it reported Tuesday. The junior company added 2,121 hectares covering three target areas around Cliff and another 2,069 hectares to connect gold mineralization zones at Tosh. In a statement, Snowline told investors that the new claims consolidate the land positions at each project and cover additional prospective zones with historical elevated gold-in-soil sampling results. Namaste Technologies Inc (CVE:N) (OTCMKTS:NXTTF) (FRA:M5BQ) reported 4Q net revenue climbed 85% year-over-year to a record C$7.2 million, which the company attributed primarily to an increase in cannabis product sales. Namaste noted it ended fiscal 2020 with $16.5 million in working capital as of November 30, after closing a $23 million bought deal offering before the year’s end.    Aurelius Minerals Inc (CVE:AUL) (OTCMKTS:AURQF) (FRA:1GA) has reported encouraging drill results from its Aureus West project in Nova Scotia, which has shown mineralization above and below the current inferred resource along strike and at depth. Three holes were reported on Tuesday, which were part of a ten-hole program completed in 2020 for around 4,600 metres (m). All three holes hit "significant" gold mineralization near surface, while new gold horizons were identified to a depth of 504m.
