Bragg Gaming director Richard Carter steps into CEO role at crucial point of growth

Bragg Gaming Group (TSE:BRAG) (OTC:BRGGF) has found its new CEO in board member Richard Carter, effective May 1. Carter joins at a key point in Bragg's evolution, with an aggressive global growth strategy underway, including expansion into the burgeoning North American iGaming market and an anticipated launch on the Nasdaq exchange, the company said. His significant industry knowledge and global network will be integral to Bragg’s future growth trajectory. Before joining the Bragg board in the fall of 2020, Carter was the CEO of sports betting solutions and services provider SBTech for five years, prior to the company’s merger with DraftKings. I’m eager to leverage these strengths to expand Bragg in both our core European markets and in the rapidly growing North American iGaming market.” Additionally, members Paul Godfrey and Lara Falzon assumed the roles of chair of the board and audit committee chair, respectively, on May 3. Meanwhile, board member and co-founder Adam Arviv has made the decision to step down from the board. Arviv will continue on in his capacity as strategic advisor to Bragg.
