The world's largest cruise line could embark passengers in Miami during July, nearly 16 months after the industrywide shutdown due to the coronavirus outbreak. Doral, Florida-based Carnival Cruise Line's "possible restart plan" includes the 3,960-passenger Carnival Horizon sailing from PortMiami. The cruise line did not specify a date in July when trips could resume.
