Bridge progress update: Phase one done; timeline coming next week; final design in works

Workers with Kiewit Corp. finished phase one of the repair to the fractured steel beam on the Hernando de Soto Bridge. Now, a final design is being hammered out and a timeline to reopening is expected next week.
