Toll Brothers could rezone South Florida agricultural site for homes

Toll Brothers wants to rezone an agricultural packing plant west of Boca Raton, Florida, into a new home development. The Fort Washington-based homebuilder (NYSE: TOL) filed a large-scale land use amendment with Palm Beach County for the 37.4-acre site at 9905 Clint Moore Road, on the east side of U.S. 441.
