Westway Homes plans new Rio Rancho community near Los Diamantes

Westway Homes will start a new community this fall called Oeste Estates, located directly east of Los Diamantes and south of Joe Harris Elementary School. Oeste Estates will have 96 lots and prices will start in the low $400,000 range.
